Managing and tracking your AI credit consumption in Timetonic.
You have set up automations that require AI and use credits.
The question now,
how to manage the consumption of these credits?
In this four-part tutorial series on AI credits in automations with Timetonic,
in this third tutorial we will discuss how to view the dashboard of your consumption counters,
see what indicators and alert messages are there to help you manage,
and see when AI credits are recharged.
To access your dashboard and view your data counters,
you have two accesses.
You are in your workspace,
you go to the settings of your space,
you go to the Efacturation plan.
Here you have information about your license plan and the dashboard of your data counters where you check your AI credit counters according to your license plan.
and observe your credit consumption rate on the secure private AI source or or the public cloud source.
You see your consumption quota versus the available quota in your plan.
You also have access to the dashboard in your admin management space.
Enter your space,
see the tab plan and billing and and you get exactly the same dashboard with the same information.
the admin management space allows the owners of the space to invite administrators into this management space to also delegate visibility on credit quota consumption.
Regarding the consumption rate of your credits now,
when you are below 80% consumption rate,
the color code is green,
everything is fine,
your automations are guaranteed to work.
When you exceed the 80% rate,
it turns orange,
and at this stage,
an information email about reaching your quota is sent to the owner of the space.
Two choices are available to you,
either you are on a business plan and you can purchase additional AI credit quotas,
or you use your own API key to continue running your automation scenarios.
Otherwise your consumption rate will reset your quota to zero for the next month And third case,
Consumption quota rate of your AI credits,
The space owner receives an email to inform them that automation scenarios using AI are temporarily disabled,
they no longer run,
the solutions available to you,
you are on a business plan,
you can check complete by adding AI credit packs,
while waiting for your AI credit quotas to recharge for the next month,
your own personal API key in order to get your automation scenarios back up and running.
