How to duplicate a workspace in Timetonic.
reproduce a workspace in Timetonic using the Duplicate Workspace module.
This allows you to replicate a workspace with the table structures,
configurations,
and if desired,
the data.
Let's get started.
In the sidebar,
click Add or Import.
Select Import tables from a workspace.
Choose the workspace to duplicate.
Keep checked the tables you want to duplicate in your new space.
Be careful,
if some of your tables are hidden,
they will not be duplicated.
So make sure to unhide all your tables in your workspace to be duplicated.
You can check all tables or only those you want to duplicate.
Warning,
if you do not import all your tables,
you may break the links that exist between them.
Choose whether or not to import the data into your table and confirm by clicking on import the tables.
A message will appear indicating the import progress.
Refresh your workspace once the import process is complete.
Check for the presence of your link configurations in the tables.
An exception concerns the link with the members space table.
This table being unique to each workspace,
If you had links with it,
you will need to generate it manually to make your workspace functional.
In case of a missed table import,
reproduce the same process by selecting the table you want,
which you will need to manually reattach,
By duplicating your workspaces using this module in Timetonic,
you create an immediately functional workspace.
