Using the directional keys and options, you only display link fields and export in SVG format to insert into your specifications to illustrate the relationships of tasks, opportunities, companies. Now let's take a full tour of this schematic area of your database to check out the options available to you. By default you enter the environment. All your tables are selected. You have to select or deselect according to what you want to display on your schema. With the display options, in your schema, you can display differently the information elements of your tables. If you minimize it, you'll essentially see only the table names and the link between them. If you zoom in further, you'll see the name of your tables as well as the type and name of the columns. In the schema, you can drag and drop each of the tables to arrange the assembly as you wish. From this icon, you can revert back to the initial display state. Please check the options at the top right of the 3-dot icon. The first allows you to switch from light mode to dark mode. The second lets you filter to display only link fields which will be those selected in your left sidebar. You can lock the configurations made to your schema. Clicking on the Export button, hence three export formats are offered. When you click on the item, you are offered to save the configurations made to your schema. You save it and your item is downloaded. You have the option of creating various types of views including a new configured view of your schema. Let's take a closer look at reading and organizing the diagram. Each block corresponds to a table. With its name, the list of columns, and the associated field type. Here, we notice that the customer field is associated with the opportunities field in the company table. Black arrows represent link columns and dotted red arrows represent selection fields. To organize and reorganize your tables by simple drag-and-drop, save specifically for your admin space. Now, let's generate the schema from a table and not from the space. Go to the options, three little points in the upper-right corner, and click on… database. The schema is then limited to tables connected to this one. Handy for analyzing a specific relation. And that's it! Thanks to this relational view, you can design, correct, audit the structure of any Timetonic base. To document it or share it, you just have to test it!
