I am in a workspace.
In a table, I am going to create a new column, the comments column.
In this configuration window, two options are available to us: a visual notification and the sending of a message.
Both independent, we can use either one or the other or both together.
Both options have the same choices for their configuration.
To activate it, just by mentioning the username in the message or just by mentioning the user ID from another column in your table.
This is the option I will choose.
In this case, I will select this column that has the user ID.
I validate my settings.
I'll enter a comment in the field for my collaborator so he can be notified.
Let's go to the collaborator’s workspace to see how this looks.
The collaborator rightly received a comment and a notification in the field with a red message badge; has he received a notification.
