How to create a mirror user space with specific views in Timetonic.
This feature is particularly useful for businesses that want to filter access based on roles assigned to colleagues.
Using the mirror view allows you to share the information necessary for your colleagues' mission.
While controlling access to your data from your admin space.
Let's look together at how this is represented.
I arrive in my Timetonic workspace environment.
and it will be about using my admin workspace and my mobile technician workspace.
I arrive in my admin workspace.
And in my admin role,
I'm going to create a view.
In this new filtered view,
I'm going to apply a filter,
sort and apply a restriction on certain fields.
I'm going to sort my statuses to easily assign my actions.
I'm going to filter the identifier that contains the Timetonic user space identifier.
Since I personally have not been assigned any interventions,
there are no more lines.
I'm going to apply a read-only view on the assignment so that my colleague can see that these are tasks assigned to him,
but does not have the ability to modify this field.
I'm going to go back to my default view,
I'm going to test myself on interventions and I return to my view,
and I do have interventions assigned to me.
Let's now see how to share this mirror view in the technician's user space. I go to the technician's mobile space and for now I have no shared view.
I return to my admin space.
I'm in my previously configured mirror view.
I am going to share in another workspace.
I select the space Now I go to the technician's space.
I refresh the space and I now see the shared mirror view with the interventions assigned to me.
I can open the elements of the card and I'll note that some elements cannot be modified.
I have my name assigned,
I can't make any changes either.
I can, however, have access to my input so I can complete the intervention and integrate the elements until its final completion.
Only administrators can share mirror views in their workspaces.
Now,
Let's see how a modification in the admin space on the configured mirror view after sharing in the user's space will impact this space.
I would like to add an extra filter that allows the user,
only the interventions to be carried out.
The modification is done.
I'm going back to my user space.
If I open a card,
I just complete the process and I change the status to complete.
I refresh.
The filter works and the completed items are no longer available in the mirror view but are available in the admin view.
And because it's also the topic of this tutorial,
let's see how,
in the technician's mobile application,
we represent the mirror view so that the technician can carry out the interventions.
I'm on my view,
I open one of the interventions,
I will be able to provide information in order to carry out the intervention.
I will integrate for example my signature,
Change the status to incomplete,
exit my card,
And I note that the intervention is no longer part of what I have to handle.
And I continue my process until all my interventions are completed.
The use of the mirror view in Timetonic for designing workspaces is a must.
