In the world of transport and logistics, responsiveness and accuracy are essential. For the BBL Group, which operates in 22 countries with more than 2,000 employees, this requirement resulted in a multitude of scattered tools and files. Between email exchanges, Excel files, and manual procedures, each department worked with its own method, at the risk of slowing down the entire group. It was in this context that BBL decided to adopt TimeTonic, the French NoCode platform, to regain control over its data and streamline its operations.
It all started with a very specific need: to speed up the signing of customs mandates. Until then, each mandate had to be filled out, printed, signed, and then sent back by email before being manually verified by the legal department. This long and tedious process could take up to twelve hours. With TimeTonic, BBL designed a smart form that customers fill out online. The tool automatically connects to the customs API to validate VAT numbers, then triggers the electronic signature via Usign. In less than an hour, the mandate is signed, verified, and archived. This initial success was a real catalyst.

After this initial success, BBL's management wanted to go further. To ensure data consistency across the globe, a global legal database was created in TimeTonic. It brings together all of the group's entities and establishments, their legal representatives, and their accounting information. This database now forms the core of BBL's information system, serving as the starting point for all other internal applications.
Human Resources quickly saw the benefits of such centralization. They adopted TimeTonic to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to departure. Connected to each country's payroll software via the Pasta connector, the HR database now makes it possible to track headcount, new hires and departures, interviews, and key indicators without re-entering data. Thanks to visual dashboards generated by Serenitx, the HR department finally has a comprehensive and reliable overview of its workforce on an international scale.

Fleet management has also been transformed. Each vehicle is now tracked in a dedicated database, where its characteristics, maintenance, and deadlines are recorded. TimeTonic's artificial intelligence automatically extracts information from vehicle registration documents to avoid any data entry errors. Maintenance and technical inspection reminders are sent automatically to drivers and managers, ensuring a new level of rigor in fleet maintenance.

Building on these initial deployments, BBL decided to create its own CRM within TimeTonic. Designed in collaboration with the sales teams, this tool tracks customer relationships, opportunities, and international business. Thanks to the flexibility of NoCode, users can easily adjust views, add fields, or analyze their customer portfolios by region, status, or type. The CRM is constantly evolving as the needs on the ground change.

In less than a year, the BBL Group has seen its working methods profoundly transformed. Processing times have been reduced tenfold, teams collaborate in a shared environment, and data is centralized in real time. The adoption of TimeTonic has also promoted internal skills development: more and more employees are able to create their own applications, tailored to their business needs, without relying on external developers.
"I haven't yet found any limits to TimeTonic, and I like that. Business requests are quickly addressed, and we can evolve our databases as needed."
Lise Sergent, Cross-Functional Project Director, BBL Group
By unifying its data and automating its processes, the BBL Group has become more responsive, efficient, and transparent. Teams can now focus on their core business, supported by an agile and scalable digital environment. This experience perfectly illustrates the power of NoCode when it is used to achieve a clear vision: empowering users to innovate themselves. For BBL, TimeTonic is no longer just a tool, it has become a true growth partner.
