We ended 2023 on a high note with the release of a number of new features and enhancements, which you can find by clicking here. The year 2024 is off to a flying start, and for this latest edition of TimeTonic's What's New we're spoiling you! Without further ado, here are the new TimeTonic products for March 2024.

Feature of the month

New "Smart Text" field type

A long-awaited feature, you can now choose the Smart Text field in your workspaces.

• Formatting: color, bold, italic, Title ;
• Create tables and lists;
• Dynamically insert fields, which will be replaced by their values, including "Link to another table" type fields, whose elements can each appear on a separate line, in tables and lists - ideal for a list of contacts, tasks, quotes, etc.
• Create a permalink to your Smart Text to publish it on the web or insert it into a TimeTonic Smart Page;
• Works with automations to enrich emails with customer notifications or validation requests;

Main new features

Modification of the Gantt structure

You can now link relationships between data in your Gantt from your source workspace.
If you make a link between two tasks directly from your Gantt, this new relationship now adds or modifies the corresponding record in the dedicated table in your workspace. And vice versa!

View group sharing

You can now share all your view groups with other workspaces!
This makes data sharing even easier, and simplifies the management of your mirror spaces.

Change line height

With the arrival of Smart Text this month, we've also added the ability to modify the height of your table lines. This means you can adjust the height as you wish, improving the readability and usability of your table.

Important features

Open a table in a new tab

You can now open tables in the left-hand menu of your workspace with ctrl + click (or cmd + click on Mac).
Easier navigation between your different tables for better data management.

Improved NB_ELEMENTS formula

Previously, this NB_ELEMENTS formula only worked on link type fields to another table, and on linked table column type fields.
It now applies to elements present in a CONCAT. Don't forget to specify which separator to use.

Name change for Business license users

"Admin" users are now called "Creators" and "Users" are now "Contributors".
In view of the forthcoming SecNumCloud certification, it is necessary to clearly separate the different types of user.

Progressive implementation of Mistral AI

We're preparing for the imminent arrival of Mistral AI in TimeTonic, and adding the icon to your workspaces!
Soon, you'll be able to automate your tasks with the help of Mistral AI.

Other new features

• Possibility of using a SEPA mandate for payment. To give you greater payment freedom, we've added this option.
• Improved security for cookie management.
