As of Monday 11 May 2020, the date on which the deconfinement in France begins, your employees for whom teleworking is not possible will have to provide an employer's certificate to travel in the Ile-de-France region by public transport at peak times.

Although essential to help limit the risk of covid-19 contamination in collective travel, these certificates represent a rather cumbersome administrative headache if you have to fill in all the information requested for each employee by hand.
The certificate must include the surname, first name, date of birth, address, nature of the activity, expected hours of arrival and departure, place of exercise of the employee's professional activity, as well as the date of expiry of the certificate's validity - which may not exceed one week - and the name and stamp of the employer.
