This summer 2025, TimeTonic takes a major step forward: after months of preparation, our platform now benefits from a more powerful, more secure and fully sovereign infrastructure, thanks to the migration to our new OVHcloud servers.

New Features

A New, More Powerful, More Secure and Sovereign Infrastructure

Last month, TimeTonic reached a major milestone by migrating its entire infrastructure to new servers at OVHcloud.
 

This long-planned migration addresses many clients' expectations in terms of performance, security, and digital sovereignty.
 

Key figures for this evolution:
 

  • ✅ Notebook loading time divided by 3;
  • ✅ 25 terabytes (TB) of data migrated;
  • ✅ Microservices architecture deployed across 20 servers;
  • ✅ Enhanced failover environment for greater resilience and scalability.
     

In practice, your workspaces are now faster, smoother and even better protected.
 

This new infrastructure also enables HDS and SecNumCloud certified hosting options, to meet the strictest requirements for sensitive data protection.
 

This migration marks a key milestone in TimeTonic's commitment to strong digital sovereignty and agile digital transformation, serving both public and private organizations.

A New Automation Engine Coming Soon

TimeTonic doesn't rest during summer! After the major improvements brought by our migration, we are now preparing to release a new automation and workflow management engine that is even richer and more powerful.

 

This new automation engine will offer:

 

  • New triggers (in addition to field modification):
    • Form save (trigger automations only when the user decides to save)
    • Permalink click (to track clicks on a form, smart-text, QR code, or shared document)
    • Incoming webhook (to simplify interactions with external tools, e.g. be notified when an email is opened in Brevo)
    • At a specific recurring time (choose the frequency at which actions are performed across all rows in a view, e.g. the 13th in January, April, July, and October)
       
  • A new action (in addition to sending emails or calendar invitations, creating rows, modifying data, and AI-powered processing, OCR, and data extraction):
    • Call an API or webhook (e.g. update a tool in your information system)
       
  • More detailed and visual logs
     
  • A more precise change history indicating which automation triggered the action, making it easier for admins to find necessary information during analysis.
