New Automation Engine Available

Discover our new automation and workflow management engine, richer and more powerful than ever.

You can now:

• Visually edit your automations
   
• Access new triggers (in addition to field modification):
  
  
  • Form save (trigger automations only when the user chooses to save)
     
  • Permalink click (to track clicks on a form, smart-text, QR code, or shared document)
     
  • Incoming webhook (to simplify interactions with external tools, e.g. be notified when an email is opened in Brevo)
     
  • At a specific recurring time (choose the frequency at which actions should be performed across all rows in a view, e.g. the 13th of the month in January, April, July, and October)
     
• Use new multiple "Else If" conditions
   
• Call an API or webhook (e.g. update a tool in your information system)
   
• Get more detailed and visual logs
   
• Access a more precise change history showing which path an action took to make analyzing your automations easier
