The What's New of May 2026!

This May, we are introducing an important and highly anticipated feature: automated data exchanges via FTP/SFTP.

Also on the agenda this month: security improvements to the platform, along with all our usual news.

Happy reading and great discoveries ✨

New Features

Automate Your Data Exchanges via FTP/SFTP

Until now, connecting TimeTonic to your external systems required going through the API and specific development work. TimeTonic now integrates a native FTP/SFTP file transfer feature, designed to connect your TimeTonic tables to your information system ecosystem with zero development.

Automated imports from your source systems, scheduled exports to your business tools — all configurable in a few minutes, directly from the interface.

Three Use Cases for Your Information System

Reference Data Synchronization from Your HRIS or ERP

Does your HRIS (Sage, ADP, Cylio…) deposit a file on your SFTP every night? TimeTonic retrieves it automatically and updates the target table, with no duplicates, thanks to a primary key configured in the mapping. Result: an employee or product reference directory always up to date in TimeTonic, without any human intervention.

Feeding Your Business Intelligence Tools

Every day or every month, TimeTonic automatically deposits a CSV file in the folder consumed by your BI tool (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau). Your dashboards refresh with no complex integration or additional ETL.

Secure Exchanges with Your External Partners

Carriers, service providers, subcontractors: if a partner deposits files on a shared SFTP, TimeTonic imports them at the frequency you define (daily, weekly, monthly). The SFTP connection with SSH key authentication guarantees flow security, and credentials are stored encrypted in the database.

The feature covers the entire cycle: connection configuration, source file selection by pattern (e.g. employees_*.csv), column mapping to TimeTonic fields, scheduling, and full traceability via downloadable execution logs.

In case of an anomaly, an email notification is automatically sent to the recipients of your choice — ideal for connecting a shared team inbox.

Important Information

Preventive Strengthening of Our Infrastructure Security

Following the recent publication of Linux vulnerabilities CVE-2026-31431 ("CopyFail") and CVE-2026-43284 ("DirtyFrag"), our teams immediately conducted an analysis of our infrastructure and applied the mitigation measures recommended by security publishers.

The necessary patches and protections have been deployed across our environments to ensure the platform maintains its security level.

Around TimeTonic

TimeTonic Demo

Watch the replay of this one-hour webinar in which Jean-Michel and Thierry take you through a platform designed both for IT departments (security, governance, sovereignty) and business teams (flexibility, speed, autonomy).

On the agenda:

  • Data centralization and structuring
  • Process digitalization and automation with private AI
  • Activity planning and management (projects, interventions, ticketing…)

A concrete demo to understand how to move away from scattered emails and spreadsheets, rigid and complex tools, lengthy and costly software development, and uncontrolled and unsecured AI.

Events

SantExpo 2026

On May 19, 20 and 21, we were present at the SantExpo trade show at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, alongside players in digital healthcare transformation.

The opportunity to connect with teams from university hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions about their real-world challenges: dispersed data, processes still managed through emails and spreadsheets, AI projects struggling to deliver value for lack of solid foundations.

The highlight of our presence this year was the conference by Jean-Michel Durocher, from 9:10 AM on the second day, on the topic: "Optimizing healthcare business processes through secure and controlled AI".

A subject at the core of our belief: before deploying AI, organizations must first regain control of their business processes. Jean-Michel presented how organizations such as AP-HP and CHU de Bordeaux use TimeTonic to centralize their data, digitalize their workflows, and deploy private AI on sovereign infrastructure in France.

At our stand, discussions revolved around very concrete use cases: project calls and evaluations, shared reference directories, compliance and quality, administrative and HR management, real-time dashboards and reporting.

Thank you to everyone who came to visit us.
